Mloflo, LLC (“us,” “we,” or “our”) operates the Mloflo communications platform and related services (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”), which enables independent Loan Officers and their affiliated mortgage companies to communicate with consumers regarding loan applications, account activity, and related services.

Service is the Mloflo communications platform operated by Mloflo, LLC.

SMS messages are sent by Mloflo on behalf of independent Loan Officers and their affiliated mortgage companies. Mloflo is a communications platform serving mortgage professionals. By opting in to messaging from Mloflo regarding loan status updates, document requests, appointment reminders, closing-related notifications, and direct correspondence, you understand that our message frequency may vary, you may reach out to support@mloflo.com with any questions, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to opt out from messaging at any time. Usage Data

When you access the Service with a mobile device, we may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data (“Usage Data”).
